Find the Right Programme for Your Journey
Inspire
A new beginning, shaped around each young person.
Inspire is designed for young people who face barriers to education and are currently unable to attend other post-16 provisions. This year-long programme offers a flexible, personalised approach, helping learners re-engage with education in a way that works for them.
Learning begins with one-to-one teaching, which can take place at home, on-site at our learning centre, or in a local community space—wherever the young person feels most comfortable. The aim is to build trust, confidence and strong relationships from the very start.
English and Maths are embedded throughout the programme, alongside learner-led subjects that reflect individual interests and motivations. Each learner also takes part in weekly wellbeing sessions to support their emotional and social development.
Over time, and at their own pace, learners are gradually introduced to the wider community and small peer group sessions, starting with pairs or very small groups. For some, exemptions in English and Maths may be appropriate, depending on individual needs.
Every learner follows a bespoke co-curriculum, tailored to their talents, interests, and aspirations—ensuring they feel invested in their journey and inspired to progress.
Inspire is all about meeting young people where they are, and helping them take the first step forward.
Empower
Building confidence, skills, and independence.
Empower supports learners to take the next step from Inspire into a more structured and social learning environment. This full-time programme runs five days a week and combines classroom-based sessions with community-based experiences.
The focus here is on preparing for adulthood—developing independence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of the world of work. Learners take part in a variety of work experience placements to explore different job roles and grow their confidence in real-world settings.
Maths and English continue to be developed through a flexible hybrid model, tailored to the learner’s individual needs and learning style.
Wellbeing support remains a central part of the programme, helping young people strengthen their ability to manage challenges and thrive in a range of situations.
Each learner continues with a bespoke co-curriculum, shaped around their interests, strengths and long-term goals. We aim to encourage creativity, curiosity, and personal growth.
Empower helps learners to gain the skills and self-belief they need to move towards their future with confidence.
Grow
Progression into paid employment.
Grow is the final step in our programme pathway, supporting young people to move into sustained, meaningful employment.
Learners take part in a long-term work placement, supported by a dedicated job coach. This hands-on experience is designed to prepare them for the world of work, developing practical skills, professionalism, and confidence along the way.
Wellbeing support continues to be embedded throughout, ensuring learners feel supported as they navigate new environments and responsibilities.
The hybrid approach to learning remains in place, with a focus on continued progress in English, Maths and employability skills.
A personalised co-curriculum continues to guide each learner’s journey—now with a strong emphasis on job-readiness, independence, and long-term career goals.
Grow is where everything comes together—empowering young people to step confidently into the world of work and into their future.
