What we do
At WiEducate, we are a specialist post-16 provision supporting young people aged 16 to 24 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), many of whom have experienced significant barriers to education. Our learners often face challenges linked to SEMH needs, anxiety, trauma, or economic disparity — and we understand that a traditional setting isn’t always the right fit. That’s why our programmes are entirely bespoke, built around each young person’s needs, strengths, and aspirations.
We offer a flexible, phased approach to learning — including outreach and 1:1 teaching in the home or community until learners feel confident to access our space. Through our Inspire, Empower, Grow pathway, we support young people from initial re-engagement to employment. Each stage focuses on building confidence, independence, qualifications, and skills for adulthood, with embedded wellbeing support throughout.
Whether it’s accessing education for the first time in years, gaining real work experience, or developing towards long-term goals, our curriculum is co-designed to inspire, empower and help every learner grow — in their own time, and in their own way.
Our Story
Founded with a vision to make quality education accessible to all. WiEducate adopts a bespoke and innovative approach to engaging learners to inspire and empower them on their educational journey.
Our journey began when we recognised the gap between traditional education methods and the evolving needs of modern learners. We set out to create an environment where every individual could thrive, regardless of their learning style, background, or previous educational experiences.
Today, we continue to push boundaries, embrace new methods, and develop innovative approaches to learning that prepare our students for success in their journey to adulthood.
